“My husband was charged $168 just to have a crown re-cemented. We are now on pension. When I called to question the fee, was told “that’s the rate” with no discussion, flexibility, or offer to speak to her manager and call us back. She just kept saying in a whinny voice “that’s is the rate”. My husband has been a loyal patient of this practice, and we expected a higher level of care and consideration especially given his long term history. This interaction left us feeling dismissed and undervalued. As a result of this experience , we will be seeking dental care elsewhere. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how concerns like this are handled in the future!”
