“I called this morning at 10am due to chest pain when breathing/moving and asked if they could book me in today or tomorrow for prenatal treatment. The receptionist to begin with.... AMAZING and SO CARING! She gave me a few options to come in (a little hard with little ones at home) and gave me the option to come in at 11am. I said yes! First I couldn't believe they got me in right away. I went in and receptionist again was very pleasant to speak to. I waited maybe less than 2 minutes and Dr.Basra called me up. I told him what was going on and he knew what the issue was right away. Gave me an explanation of the treatment plan, started the heat and then did the adjustment. He also went out of his way and did my neck and lower back adjustments. Gave me tips to prevent the same from happening again. Advised me to come in the next day for a second treatment and I should be set. Did not pressure me to come in weekly or monthly as I have heard other Chiropractor's do. Highly recommend him!”
