“As a new patient who has always struggled with going to the dentist because of some very difficult past experiences, I was incredibly nervous about my first visit. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every single person from the front desk to the treatment room was so kind, cheerful, patient, and compassionate. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and completely at ease, which means more to me than I can express. Finding a dental office where you feel safe and truly cared for is priceless, and I’m so thankful to have found such an amazing dentist and her exceptional staff. “After 20 years with the same dentist, I was nervous about finding a new dental office after she retired. I went to many dentists afterward trying to find the right fit, but never felt fully comfortable until I found Barrie Heights ❤️ Everyone is absolutely amazing! Dr. Tandon and her lovely assistant made me feel very comfortable and gave me breaks in-between so I could rest my TMJ 🙏. They even played music of my choice during my treatment. “As a person who doesn't like dentist much , this office is absolutely wonderful. From the step in you are welcomed with a friendly voice and smile . My dentist and the assistant are lovely made me relaxed and kept asking if I was ok and explained things before doing them. I am not a fan of getting teath cleaned. It had been atleast 18 yrs but the hygienist did a remarkable job very kind a d patient. Mind you I had to be froze but next time who knows. I recommend this place 100%”Read moreShow less

“I had Oral Dental Surgery done today, at Barrie Heights Family Dentistry. Once again I was treated with such care, making me feel so at ease and professionalism by the Doctors, Dental Assistant and all personal at the Office. It’s been over a Year of having all of my dental work done from start to finish and I can honestly say that I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist ever and I’m a Senior now! until My Doctor and I got it under control…today went extremely well and I have to say the way I was checked, double checked each time I had to have Any Kind of Work Done!! I will have no hesitation in going back for any other procedures I may need in the future. I’ve always been nervous & anxious going to the dentist but each time I’ve had to go for any type of work done they have exceeded my expectations!
