“Where do I start? I just came back from my first massage with Marissa. This was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She didn’t just go through the same motions as all your other massages. She worked on the issues on my back with intention. She did things, and used tools I have never had the pleasure of experiencing before -until tonight. She was effective and focused and my back is now feeling loose and relaxed. It was evident that it’s important for Marissa to ensure you are maximizing your experience-whatever that looks like for you. She is intentional about ensuring you have a space that you feel comfortable providing her feedback so that she can deliver in the way you need (ie pressure, temperature, conversation or lack of, music etc). “What a fantastic RMT. Great techniques, personable, responsible, responsive and genuinely cares about her clients. I have seen Marissa a few times now for Massage as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). She has done wonders for my lower back pain. Prior to my last visit, I thought I was going to also have to book a follow up with my chiropractor since I couldn’t walk without significant pain, but a Massage/FST combo with Marissa had me fixed right back up and I’m still going good.
