“My husband and I had a couples massage and it was one of the best massages we have ever had. I had Jenny and my husband had Nanase and both were excellent. Jenny used just the right amount of pressure to loosen the knots in my shoulders and I left feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend Barefoot Oasis.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Deep Tissue Massage – Highly Recommend Hannah (Yu)! I just had an incredible deep tissue massage with Hannah, and I feel incredibly relaxed. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She truly knows her stuff—she has an intuitive sense of anatomy and knows exactly which pressure points to target to release tension. What I appreciated most was her pacing. She doesn't rush through the session at all; she takes her time, moving slowly and deliberately with excellent, consistent pressure. Everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a skilled therapist who listens to your body and doesn't hurry the process, book with Hannah!”

“I had called and spoke with someone over the phone on Apr 29 6pm to book an appt for 3 birthdays (mine and 2 friends). The lady I spoke with was so nice and accommodating and she had said she had even called another client to move their appointment so that they could accommodate the 3 of us for a 215pm booking on May 9. I wasn't aware of their booking process but when I showed up with my friends I was told they had no booking for me and none of my info was on file. I was told they are supposed to send me an email confirmation which I was unaware of because I had phoned in and she didn't ask for my email address. I thought I was getting absolutely amazing customer service with the phone call booking and it turned out to be an super disappointing experience. Fortunately my friends and I were able to squeeze into Thai Smile just a few mins walk away and it was a 10/10 experience. To add, I had also left contact info for follow up and the email response I got was the following: "We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your appointment on May 9. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and find we were fully booked, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused. To make it up to you, we would like to offer a 30% discount on your next visit. We hope this will give us another chance to provide you with the experience you expected. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Warm regards, Barefoot Oasis Team" I didn't arrive to find you were fully booked - I arrived to appointment that I had thought was booked for me by one of your representatives. It's very easy to look into your scheduling and find out who was working but 30% discount for something that wasn't my error is a no thank you.”

“I was visiting Vancouver on holiday and found Barefoot Oasis was nearby my rental and already well-reviewed. I was able to book a deep tissue massage with Momo within 30 minutes. And it was heavenly! I booked a 60 minute massage but asked mid-massage if there was any way to extend the session to 90 minutes. Very kind people and relaxing environment. Highly recommend.”

“This is my new favourite massage establishment in Vancouver! It was my first time at this place and I loved my experience, the staff was very friendly and caring, the place was super clean and beautiful, the massage was fantastic, I would even say one of the best I’ve had in my life and it was done by Hiroko. I will definitely ask for her next time I book an appointment. Also at the end they offer you water or tea, once you go to pay they have your tea ready to go and pocky sticks treat, which is a pretty cute attention. Love the place, I will try to go again before leaving Vancouver and I will go every time I come to Vancouver as well !”

“I had a good experience at this spa. My sister and I went for a massage here and we both felt really good and relaxed after. My masseuse, Jenny, was lovely and nice. The location was very convenient too. Edit: I came back here again for a deep tissue massage with Hiroki and she’s an awesome masseuse. My back was felt good after the massage. They even give a tea or water and a Pocky after your session. This is now my fav massage place. Thanks to the lovely team. :)”
