“Unfortunately have to write this review after trying to simply get an explanation for why my extensions failed. I attempted to inquire this stylist about why I had redness, itchiness and irritation. After a short conversation of the stylist offering to reinstall my extensions, affirming that they should not look or feel like that and saying they can clear up why this may have happened, she still had not given me a clear answer. I let them know what the salon that had removed my extensions had explained to me about potentially why the extensions failed and asked if this is accurate or not. I was then ignored until now. I then reached out to the salon in an attempt for closure when I was told that this stylist is a chair renter so all they can do is advise her to call me ASAP. Unfortunately, I never heard from her again. I still feel as if I deserve some sort of closure for the extensions I paid a lot of money for and failed. Unhappy with the quality of service, but more so that I was not able to get closure as for why my extensions ended up like this. You can see my sores, uneven and random installation below.”

“Emma! Omg! What not to say! This lady Is an amazing stylist, she gave me the colour ive been wanting for the last 2yrs. Been to multiple hairdressers in brantford just to be disappointed in the end. I will never go elsewhere again, Emma Is the person to go to for all your hair needs.. salon is clean and best of all she makes it fun to be there! I was dancing in my chair lol.. so if looking for a great stylist look no further Emma Is it!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Emma @ Bare Bones! She is an awesome, organized, and super talented person! We booked her for our yearly photoshoots, and safe to say we will not be booking anyone else. She was always on time, got to know every single client & celebrated in their wins with us. Her energy and attention to detail are unmatched when it comes to hair & makeup. She was talkative and made everyone feel so great, and as the coordinator for the shoot I love how she always kept to schedule and made sure that she always gave her best for her clients! “I have been seeing Emma 2x per year for blonding sessions after she was recommended to me as a blonde specialist! I have had a hard time with my hair being very brittle after colour treatments and was afraid to go lighter again, but Emma took the time to learn about my treatment history elsewhere and was careful not to lift too much colour the first time. The appointments are long, but the time goes by fast with her great conversation and upbeat demeanor. So happy to have found her!”
