“I've been a bit of an anxious dental patient for the last several years, as I've found as I get older that freezing doesn't work as well as it once did on me. I communicated this to Dr Kufley and she was extremely patient and diligent in keeping me comfortable and ensuring there was no sensitivity or sensation during my visit for a filling. Highly recommend to anybody, but specifically if you are a nervous patient, as they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.”

“A Sanctuary for Healing: My Heartfelt Thanks to Bankers Hall Dental 🌟 ​I am writing this because I want anyone who suffers from severe anxiety, PTSD, or a genuine fear of the dentist to know that there is a safe place for you in Calgary. ​For a long time, my anxiety and PTSD kept me away from the dental chair. It got so bad that I actually tried to take matters into my own hands and extract my own teeth because I was too terrified to seek professional help. I arrived at Bankers Hall Dental in a lot of pain and with a lot of fear. ​From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me like more than just a patient—they treated me with pure compassion. The support staff and the dental team are absolute saints. They recognized my high anxiety immediately and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. ​The dentist was incredibly accommodating and gentle. They took the procedure nice, slow, and easy—moving only as fast as I could handle. I had a tooth extracted and some roots removed, and for the first time in my life, I felt truly heard and cared for during a medical procedure. “Jennifer is the absolute best. Dental one has always had really good hygienists, but Jenn takes it to another level. While I understand when you’re cleaning teeth, sometimes there’s a little bit of pain from the scraping and hitting those sensitive spots but I almost fall asleep when she’s doing my cleaning. She’s so empathetic regarding how she treats her patients, she’s fun to talk to and I no longer dread getting my teeth cleaned. I hesitate to leave this review cause now she’ll get busy but I’ll ensure to book in advance :)”

“I decided to switch dental clinics after many years as I was unhappy with the services from my previous clinic and am I ever happy I did! All of the staff at Dental one were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and let me tell you…this place has all the state of the art technology! Syieda did an amazing job performing my diagnostics and answering all my questions. Lindsay my hygienist did a fantastic job on my cleaning and was very gentle and thorough. She didn’t miss a thing! Dr. Farrah is absolutely lovely! She performed a very thorough exam on me and went through all my diagnostic results in detail. I’m very impressed with this place and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new clinic! Thank you to the dental one team for your hard work and amazing customer service! “I had an amazing experience at Dental One Banker Hall in Calgary. Despite walking in without an appointment, the team was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. Dr. Bray, who handled my implant consultation, was the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He explained everything thoroughly, making me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The clinic itself is state-of-the-art, with modern equipment and a clean, welcoming environment that added to the overall positive experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of expertise, hospitality, and cutting-edge facilities. Definitely a 5-star experience—highly recommend this clinic to anyone!”

“Have you ever wanted to go to spa retreat, me too but for a dentist this is the hitting it on the nail. This place blew me way from the moment I made that initial call. They seemed very caring and understanding and everything was transparent. I walked in this morning with anxiety and left questioning if in fact this place is real. The dental assistant/hygienist was so warm and friendly made me feel like I was the only patient there. When the dentist walked in, we’ll let’s just say he made a huge impression as soon as he said hello! Very professional, very knowledgeable, very ethical as he didn’t try and discredit the other dentist that I saw. He wasn’t in and out like a speeding bullet, he was caring, and made me feel that my time was my time and he wanted to ensure I understood exactly what was happening, that I was comfortable. He made sure to make me feel that I was getting the best possible treatment just by his bedside manner. The next day I went in for what I believed would be an extraction for a tooth that another dentist said wasn’t salvageable but Dr. Sharma believed it was and he was absolutely right, my appointment turned into a 3 hour root canal appointment. Him and his assistant was so caring, compassionate and explained everything what was happening throughout the procedure. I can’t believe how absolutely amazing they both were! The next day his assistant called me to see how I was feeling after the procedure and I was in excruciating pain, and she was on it immediately, even the dentist called me and checked up on me. Offered me everything in his power to help relieve the pain. I have never witnessed such amazing people in my life. I couldn’t believe this was real, they went over and beyond any dental clinic I have ever visited. You do get what you pay for so obviously it’s a bit more than most places but when it comes to your teeth do you really believe it’s a great idea to be cheap? I mean your teeth are supposed to last you a lifetime, so they are worth the extra money! This place also has state of the art technology, check out my video. Thank god Sedona, Go Dental and Oasis are so floppy and incompetent because that forced to look for my other options and man did I win the Jackpot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🙏🙏🙏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼”
