“I am honored to be able to join Launa and Sophie for Usui reiki levels 1 and 2! Today was the first day and nothing short of being absolutely magical! I had an out of body experience during my group session. These ladies with their singing/chanting, instrumentation and energy took me to a place I have never been. Upon waking up i felt a sense of renewal unlike any other. These ladies will continuously tell you that its not them, its just energy flowing through them.... I don't know if I believe that intirely. Launa and Sophie are amazing instructors and two of the most compassionate, wonderful women I know. There are never any judgements! only love, light and hugs! “I had such a beautiful relaxing experience with Sophie from Balanced Spirit the other day. After experiencing some major heart blocks and I was offered a session with the new Mat on her table and had an amazing spiritual experience while receiving some guidance in my journey of coming home to myself. “Yes I do recommend Sophie, she had many gifts. My first Reiki with Sophie was AMAZING. She make me release so much bad energy. During the treatment at one point I felt so relaxed and felt all good energy coming. After the treatment we talked and I start releasing, I cry like a baby, I felt rebirth, I felt like I was sleeping for such a long time and just woke up, everything was very clear for me. Sophie did tuning forks on me, on all my body. Every forks she was using, it was for healing my body. She did the forks on my extra belly, the little pouch that we carry, I saw a difference it shrink, this is my third sessions and still shrinking, still going I want all that fat gone. “I had a short, introductory body tuning session last evening. Wow! Sophie worked her magic on my shoulder, neck, low back and hips. Great release! As good or better than I get from most massage & chiro treatments. I will be booking more treatments, for sure. Thanks so much, Sophie.
