Cancellation Policy : Appointments with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, or appointments that are missed entirely are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the booked visit. About the clinic
For your convenience, we offer free parking at the clinic while you are here for your treatment. If our lot is full, or you have a large vehicle (the lot is small so may be a tight fit) you can access the free city parking on Woolwich Street, directly across from our clinic.
Balanced Chiropractic + Wellness strives to be a scent-free zone . Please avoid wearing any perfumes, colognes, scented aftershaves etc to your visit to help us keep everyone safe and healthy . We do occasionally use naturally scented therapeutic creams and oils. “Dr. Lori Jones as a person is wonderful to talk to and listens intently! As a chiropractor she is also wonderful! We've been going for over a year now and have seen strong results both within the practice and the days after. When I see Dr. Jones, I am feeling taller, less tension, and can breathe easier for the time after. Would recommend coming to see her! She works on the whole family as well.
