“I can’t thank Jordan enough for his amazing care at Balance Centre. I came in with Bell’s Palsy, and from the first session, we started noticing real improvement. He uses a variety of techniques and devices to help reactivate the nerve, and his expertise really shows. Jordan is not only highly professional but also compassionate and reassuring, which makes a huge difference during recovery. In addition, I also had acupuncture sessions with Silvia, which were excellent. Her approach was very calming and effective, and the sessions complemented my recovery really well. “Absolutely amazing. Staff are intelligent, up to date, welcoming, supportive, and eager to learn about your condition and needs. I am 25 and attend pool therapy weekly after spending 3 years bedridden in hospital and post open heart surgery. After consulting with Sylvia, I started work with Heather and I couldn't ask for a better physiotherapist. She really knows how to effectively use water not only as a tool for bouyancy, but as resistance, and she is very in tune with my strength levels and when it is time to slow down or increase difficulty. She works both with patients that are improving, and those who are looking just to maintain strength. My mother does physio with Sylvia for back issues and also finds she is a fantastic and proactive specialist. I would recommend this clinic to everyone needing physio! “Absolutely amazing clinic. My mother has been a regular patient and have experienced the massage therapy, physio therapy, hydro therapy and acupuncture services here due to brain injury. All of the therapists are very experienced and professional. The staff is always friendly and accommodating right when I walk in the door. Observing mother's overall health/wellness and body mobility improvement has been quite impressive!
