“I had such a wonderful experience at Balance Massage and Spa. From the moment you walk in, the place feels incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming—the scent alone already helps you relax. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making you feel comfortable right away. I also loved the complimentary tea and snacks, which added a nice thoughtful touch to the whole experience. “I was lucky enough to get book here for a gift! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and I had the balance spa package. It was AMAZING, wow. My skin is so smooth and soft, and the products they used were really good quality, nice smelling but not overpowering. My masseuse also made sure that the massage pressure was good, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout each part of the spa package. At the end of it, the owner made sure to run my insurance and also gave me a giveaway gift! How thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back here, for massages and more spa bookings as well.
