“Dr. Jen's caring attitude, detailed onboarding and thorough treatments have helped our family become more active and live pain free. Dr Jen helps patients learn the role regular adjustments have in overall health and well being. Her active lifestyle and involvement in sports aid in her relating to athletes, young and old alike. Our family started chiropractic about a year ago when it was discovered my young hockey player was showing signs of repetitive use/over training stress on his body. Since commencing treatment he no longer complains of hip, leg and lower back pain. He can go through future growth spurts under Dr. Jen's care without any worries. My youngest son is, like many his age, drawn to electronics and gaming. His posture was that of an old man and he frequently complained of back and neck pain. Since being the the care of Dr. Jen his posture is improving, back pain is all but non existent and he is sleeping better. Finally, after years away from chiropractic I decided it was time to return to treatment. Having spent 4 years battling an illness it was time to slowly return to the normal activities of life. It was 2012 that I last rode my bike, or walked any significant distance. Bed rest lead to very stiff, sore and immobile hips and back/neck pain. After being in Dr Jen's care for that past few months I am now able to walk without any hip/lower back pain and am not able to resume exercise. In July of this year I rode my bike for the first time in 4 years and I know that my adjustments played a significant role in this event. Adjustments with Dr. Jen are beneficial to the long term health and activity of my family. I highly recommend seeking treatment from her if you are in Oak Ridges or the surrounding area.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but I went online to check that Jen was working today the reviews caught my attention. They and it made me stop and think how much Jen had added to the quality of my life over the last 14 or so years. I realized that since moving I am now driving roughly 80 minutes one way to see her. That is a review in itself and maybe I owed her this. Two bad horse riding injuries have left me with atypical spinal and pelvic girdle issues. Doctors gave me painkillers, which did not return functionality but then a friend recommended chiropractic. That was about forty-five years ago and don't believe I could have continued to ride, ski, work and enjoy life without it. Unfortunately, my adjustments are difficult and typically only one out of three chiropractors is able to adjust my neck. When a friend recommended Jen, I met a caring person with a sunshine personality who loves to share knowledge. She worked with me to develop an understanding of what is happening inside. On that first visit she adjusted me on the first try, which is a test in itself and after all this time she still continues to work on different approaches and suggestions. A few years ago she developed the best adjustments I have ever had using a "sliding" technique. It is an easier adjustment and holds longer. For me, Jen is worth the drive. Jill Tierney”
