“Erin was lovely and very thorough. I was glad to be given at least partial answers to the vertigo and dizziness I’ve experienced for many years. The location of the clinic was definitely a challenge to find despite GPS. We basically circled it for about 10-15 minutes before we found it at the back of the building. That made me late for my appointment, I had called to tell them I couldn’t find the place but the desk wasn’t able to help. Definitely made for a chilly reception from all for a few minutes. The exam itself was good and I would recommend Erin who is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I will likely try to transfer my care to a closer clinic now that I have a diagnosis if it’s possible.”Read moreShow less

“I had my first appointment with Erinn recently. Erinn was upbeat and energetic, and friendly on introduction. I appreciated that Erinn explained what was going to happen at the beginning of the appointment. As we progressed through the appointment, Erinn continued to explain what we were doing and led me through the process. I appreciated that Erinn took the time to listen and demonstrated patience with me. At times, I struggle to articulate thoughts and sensations - and she didn't prompt me but asked in different ways which allowed me to voice my symptoms and experiences. I left my appointment feeling that Erinn had conducted a thorough examination, and at the end of the appointment explained an assessment of me.
