“Dr.Shen and his staff are the professionals I trust for any type of dental procedure. Especially for oral surgery. I have had extractions, implants and repair done. I was very pleased with the results. The communication before a procedure was very detailed and nothing was missed. All my questions answered, and excellent follow up after a procedure, to make sure I was doing ok. I would recommend them for any dental needs. The great thing is, that we have this service available locally, instead of having to travel to Calgary or the Okanogan.”Read moreShow less

“When I moved to Cranbrook 4 years ago I was worried about finding a good dentist, Dr Monika calmed that concern. The hygenists are careful and calm, the appointments start on time and the Dr was easy to talk to and very personable.”

“Dr Kevin is the first dentist I have ever trusted. I’m 66 years old and have had some traumatic experiences, going back to my early childhood. I dreaded dentist visits and would procrastinate, hoping the problem would go away. Needless to say, my delay tactics only made my problems worse.! “My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kevin Shen at Baker Hill Dental since 2016. The office staff are very happy, friendly and helpful. Kevin's dental assistant, Heather, did an awesome job of fitting my husband's temporary bridge to make sure it was both comfortable and strong. Kevin (Dr. Shen) is always professional, genuinely happy to see his patients, and extremely gentle throughout any dental procedure either of us have had performed in the clinic. “Baker Hill Dental is fantastic :) Not only knowledgeable and helpful, the entire staff are friendly, kind, and very good at making you feel comfortable. (They are also fun to be around!) My anxiety is taken seriously and I am treated with empathy and patience. “Best dentist appointment I've ever had! I have childhood trauma from my first dentist years and years ago, I had to get 2 teeth extracted and ended up also getting a wisdom tooth that was sideways removed while we were in there... Dr Kevin was amazing and I am in such good spirits now after this experience. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone of any age and those with fear of the dentist like me. ALL the ladies from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistants that helped me were more than amazing!!!
