“I had a serious medical eye emergency on Canada Day. We called many places but no one was able to see me for 2 days! Bailey Nelson returned our call and got me into see them immediately. I am so grateful and they took fabulous care of my eye. Thanks to them I did not lose my vision in fact I was able to notice the beautiful selection of eyewear their colors store offers! “I would like to highlight the excellent service of this store. About a month and a half ago, we ordered a new pair of glasses for my daughter. We were very satisfied with the terms and conditions they offered us. Today, we came back to have the glasses repaired because one of the temples had bent and a screw had come loose. “The eye test was pretty standard. Nothing spectacular or super in depth but good enough and what is expected of a chain store. However, the service from the staff was incredible. I went in on my own and basically told them I needed brutally honest opinions on choosing frames for my face because I can’t make decisions on my own. They did not disappoint. The three staff who were working all gave their very honest opinions and helped me narrow down my choices. They were happy to help and were patient with me whilst I went back and forth.
