“Edit: Bailey Nelson reached out to me and made it right. I applaud their commitment to their customers. They definitely did not need to do this and I appreciate the effort. I will edit to 5 stars as more businesses need to model this. Cheers. I have purchased 8-10 pairs of Bailey Nelson glasses. I used to love that they stood behind their products. I used to have lenses swapped when they peeled for free. I went in for a replacement lens that just fell out on its own loose in the frame and they quoted $102 for one lens non prescription just sunglasses. I don’t recommend there products. I have had hinges fail recently as well and they also refused to help out in any way and the products are 1-2 years old. 3-4 years ago I could not recommend BN enough and now I will have to purchase my sunglasses else where from now on. “I’ve been coming to this location for the last 3 years for my eye exam and frames. Each time I’m there, the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. “staff and eye doctor are wonderful. very informative and helpful. great people that helped me find a great pair of progressives. why the two stars? the policies they have made it frustrating to sort out the correct glasses for using my lap top. i missed the one hour window to cancel my order. i called to cancel the same day. the glasses i received were too strong and their policy was they could not change them. for the secound year in a row i was stuck with unusable readers for using my laptop. frustrating and expensive experience. yet, the folks there are great. just make sure you understand the policies.”Read moreShow less

“Really a pleasant experience in Mount Pleasant - they were so patient with me while I chose my glasses and transitions color, and I was cracking jokes with the lovely person that measured my eyes and such. “They are one of a kind. Excellent service. Friendly staffs. Even doctor is so friendly and helpful with her patients. Every details were explained and no over charging than what is mentioned.
