“Dr. Holaday was great and very easy to talk to. I didn’t feel judged or shamed for not having an exam in over 5 years and my less than perfect contact habits. The 2 employees at the front were also very pleasant and kind (although I didn’t catch their names), overall I would definitely come back again!”

“I was a little nervous going in because I hadn't had my eyes checked for more than a decade. Dr Thorpe was awesome, friendly and kind, and I walked away having learned a whole bunch of interesting stuff. After my assessment, Elvis helped me find frames that fit my face and style, and it was a shockingly good experience. I left with a big grin, and I am very excited about the frames I chose. I will be recommending these folks to anybody who will listen. Thanks y'all! Very much appreciated.”

“All the staff were kind and welcoming. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the invoice was mailed out however we did not receive our prescriptions in email or in person which is kind of the whole point of the appointment. Not a big deal because I am sure they would provide it once we call back but just a miss on this visit. Will def be back because the Dr and staff were lovely.”

“I haven't had my eyes checked in nearly a decade and my two little ones also got their routine exams here this past week for the first time. From our experience with the receptionist to the optometrist, service was impeccable. They are AMAZING with kids (and I've got tricky kids lol...). They even moved my appointment around and were super accommodating when I was 10 mins late (sorry!). I HIGHLY recommend Bailey Nelson in Kensington for your eye exams and/or eyeglass wear. They are a phenomenal shop!”

“I had an amazing experience at this clinic—10/10! Dr. Leah Thorpe was incredibly helpful, patient, and client-focused, making me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. She even provided me with trial contact lenses, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was also fantastic, helping me pick out glasses with honest and thoughtful recommendations. When my glasses were ready, I received a text notification, and the gentleman at the front was so kind and welcoming. Their pricing was also great, especially with the sales they had going on. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!”
