“Great location, the the service is slow for being a downtown location, It took 2 weeks for my new lenses to arrive and when they did, the guy called and said you can bring your glasses in. I had left them with another girl 2 weeks back. I never got a follow up after saying they had found the glasses, I called the next day and was advised they were ready, nobody called or texted me to let me know they were complete. “My experience at Bailey Nelson RBC was truly commendable. Dr. Daniel thoroughly examined my eyes and even suggested seeing a specialist for a minor issue that could become serious if left untreated. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating esp during my appt booking and when I had to change it a few times. They were also great at helping me find the perfect frames. “The eye exam itself was great — Dr. Daniel was very informative, thorough, and professional. I had a genuinely positive experience on the clinical side. Unfortunately, everything that followed on the administrative side was extremely frustrating. I was not clearly informed of the total cost of my contact lenses upfront, yet a claim of approximately $200 was submitted to my insurance, using my full two-year coverage without proper confirmation. When I requested an invoice, I was initially sent another patient’s invoice, which is a serious privacy concern, and the correct one was delayed. Within an hour of receiving the correct invoice, I asked to cancel the order, but this was refused. This led to multiple email threads back and forth and several calls with my insurance provider to resolve the issue. For context, I later found the exact same lenses elsewhere for significantly less ($161), making the original charge even more concerning. The claim was only voided after escalation and I was told it will take weeks to reflect. Overall, while the optometrist was excellent, the administrative handling — poor communication, billing without clear consent, and documentation errors — was highly unprofessional.”Read moreShow less

“Customer Service here was next level awesome. I needed to new script and the doctor onsite was super professional and thorough with my eye exam. The person at the front desk was amazing, helping me decide on a new frame by pulling out similar styles of what I was looking at while I was with the doctor. “From the moment I walked in, John greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism — setting the tone for an excellent visit. Dr. Sean was incredibly easy to talk to and made it very comfortable to discuss my eye care needs. He provided clear, professional advice about the best path forward and explained my options in a way that was easy to understand. After my exam, John was extremely patient and walked me through all the eyewear options. He explained what to expect with each choice in a transparent and thoughtful way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. “Dr. Grewal deserved a well praise review. I just took a class from her, letting me know that due to my eye structure and condition made me how I am today.
