Please note our Cancellation policy & Late Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in your practitioners schedule as well as the medical directors schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such we require 24 hour notice of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients that provide less than 24 hour notice or miss their appointment will be charged a fee of $100+hst. This will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking. There is a grace period of 10 minutes for appointments and 5 minutes for virtual consults. There is no deposit, but we do require a credit card upon booking.
NO SHOW POLICY : There will be a $100+hst fee for no shows.

“I went to see Erika because I was having severe pain in my jaw from clenching my jaw while I sleep. The pain was so bad that it was painful for me to even eat anything.
