“A five star physio according to my wife, but whoever answers the phones here could use some training. We called to sort out a billing issue, and the receptionist was apathetic at best. You may have issues with the terms Manulife uses, but that shouldn’t inconvenience the client. And hanging up on people is always a bad look. We were pretty shocked.
