“I had a few unpleasant experiences with their practitioners not being mindful of my time. I waited and waited only to not be seen. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend others do either. They tell you you will be charged if late or no show, but it’s ok when they do?!”

“When my previous chiropractor retired over a year ago, I found the dull pain in my back quickly returning. I have been in numerous car accidents in the past and have chronic back pain. I went in search of a new chiropractor, and 3 chiropractors later I walked into Back in Action and made an appointment with Dr. Jiwa. Dr. Jiwa is awesome! I had been introduced to “newer approaches” for treatment with other chiropractors that I found didn’t work for me. After a thorough assessment, Dr. Jiwa used a mix of traditional approaches and mixed some new ones, along with some “magic” for treatment. I felt results almost instantly. She also had recommendations and exercises that she taught me in order to maintain myself properly. She is bright, friendly, and genuine. I had always wondered why I also had pain in my ankles during certain times and she was able to give me answers, suggestions and exercises. I am so happy that I’ve finally found a solid chiropractor! I would highly suggest seeing her!”
