“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dave saved my hockey season! If you're recovering from a sports injury, go directly to Back On Track Physiotherapy and ask for Dave. I came in after a baseball injury with severe hamstring and knee pain. Even getting dressed was painful, and I was convinced I'd be sitting out the start of hockey season. Dave quickly identified the root cause as a muscle injury, laid out a clear exercise routine, and assured me I'd be back on the ice on schedule. The relief was immediate—right after our first treatment session, putting on my pants leg by leg was completely painless. Dave is an incredible physiotherapist who gets real results fast. Highly recommended!”
