I was treaded by Lori for the first time the other day. She was extremely informative, very kind and did such a great job. I highly recommend going to see her!

I’ve been dealing with stress and tension buildup for a long time, as well as assorted muscle pains from playing sports. Seeing Lori Roy at Back in Motion has been extremely helpful for me! She’s professional, kind, and flexible with her booking schedule to fit me in. Regular massages at Back in Motion have helped dramatically with that everyday stiffness and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have seen both dr France and dr Christine for chiro, both are so knowledgeable and thorough with their care. As a hair stylist and mom of 2 littles my body takes a beating and they help to keep me going!

Google Review I have been a loyal client of Back in Motion Wellness for over 15 years, regularly seeing a massage therapist, chiropractor, and more recently a physiotherapist. I always appreciated the neighbourhood feel of the clinic and the genuine care I believed I was receiving. Unfortunately, recent changes have completely altered that experience. Back in Motion has introduced a new policy requiring all clients to provide a credit card on file before booking any appointment. This applies to everyone, regardless of their history. In 15+ years, I have never been late, never cancelled last‑minute, and never been a no‑show. Despite this perfect record, I was told I could no longer book appointments without giving them my credit card information. As someone who has previously been a victim of credit card fraud due to poor online security, I am not comfortable providing my VISA number unless absolutely necessary. I even offered a reasonable alternative—placing a cash deposit on my account as a credit to show my commitment. This was declined. It’s disappointing to see a clinic I trusted for so long take a rigid, corporate approach rather than considering individual client history or offering flexible solutions. I was also told that several other long‑time clients have expressed similar concerns and are considering leaving as well. That alone should be a sign that this policy is pushing away the very people who have supported the clinic for years. To add to this, my most recent physiotherapy session was paid in full, yet I never received the follow‑up exercises I was promised. For a clinic that emphasizes continuity of care, this lack of follow‑through feels unprofessional and suggests they are not genuinely invested in the health or progress of their clients. I gave Back in Motion the opportunity to find a workable solution, but they were not flexible. As a result, my 15‑year relationship with the clinic has come to an end. It’s unfortunate to see a place I valued for so long shift in a direction that makes loyal clients feel unwelcome, undervalued, and unheard.

Lori Roy is an amazing massage therapist. I have had a frozen shoulder for years and using the RAPID technique she is trained in, she was ability to help me find a level mobility I have not had for years. I had tried physio, massage, ART from my chiropractor, and every tool I could find. The other therapies helped but nothing unlocked the shoulder the way RAPID did. I highly recommend Lori for massage in general and particularly if you have frozen shoulder or any other muscular blockage.

I’ve had a great experience here. Rob is an excellent massage therapist—knowledgeable, attentive, and his treatments are both relaxing and therapeutic. Nic is also a fantastic physiotherapist: professional, thorough, and great at explaining the treatment process. I’ve seen real improvement since starting my sessions. Highly recommend!

While the services that were provided were decent. I have been going to a few other places for care so I thought this would be great as they have everything under one roof. I have never experienced NOT being provided with an Intake form. Especially in a medical situation like this. This is quite concerning to me as I am in the medical field myself. I have a friend who also gets chiropractic services here and the same thing has happened to them with this clinic. Why are you not getting critical medical and personal information from your customers? Not only are they at risk but so is your clinic. Very strange to say the least.

I’ve been having issues with my shoulder for a few years now. A few weeks ago i’ve decided to consult with Chelsey regarding it. She was very knowledgeable and very attending and caring regarding her patients. It took an hour and she’s provided excellent care and provided me with some homework exercises to help improve my shoulder discomfort. Today I can say that it did help and I think my shoulder has fully recovered. Thank you very much Chelsey and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs any physio consultation.

I have been coming here regularly. Lori is an extremely skilled and professional massage therapist, Dr. Christine is one of the best chiropractors. Dr. Jing Liu is an excellent and very knowledgeable acupuncturist and I truly appreciate their work. Staci (GM) is a wonderful person, true GEM who understands patients’ concerns and is very cooperative. However, my experience at the front desk CL was not pleasant, as I did not find her very helpful and professional. I genuinely appreciate the care I receive here. Highly recommended!! Great Work !! Thanks !!

I have been going here for over ten years and love the services provided. My massage therapist Jhana is fantastic. I have also started using the physio here with Nick and he has been just as great. The centre is always clean, welcoming, and adding new services to address a variety of needs for clients. Highly recommend!
