“Yesterday I was in brutal pain due to neck and shoulder stiffness. Today I got a 1-hour massage by Theresa: she made me melt and I feel like a rag doll. Great job in a relaxing environment and sublime music in the background! I am a fan of Back Be Nimble, starting from Nathalie, my awesome counsellor, very easy to connect with and able to guide you in your self discovery with practical resources and in a way that makes it feel so natural and effortless. Super easy to book, direct billing, laid back and cozy reception, lots of parking, never crowded. Highly recommended.”

“I have been seeing Shea for a while now, she is the absolute best. I have since booked my two boys in ages nine and 11 they also love her. She has many different techniques hands of steel to work out tough knots yet relaxing hands to take away the stress. Coming to see her feels like you’re coming to see a friend, always warm and bubbly and a big smile on her face. Thankfully I got in today after having back and neck pain for a quick 30 minute massage. Last feeling like a new woman . I wouldn’t book with anybody else. Maybe I shouldn’t leave such a great review you’ll all take her from me ha ha ha. Thanks for all your hard work.”

“Decided to try Back Be Nimble on a whim, booking online with Shea and couldn’t be happier for having made that decision! Their location was very convenient, very professional staff upon arrival, the waiting area and massage room were beautifully renovated and clean, and overall appeared to be a well run business with lots of therapists to fit your need and schedule. The therapist who had an opening fitting my schedule happened to be Shea and I feel I really lucked out, I will definitely be going back to her! It was super relaxing, great conversation, and when she was done my back had never felt so great! Normally, having had a major car accident, I need regular massage and excessive deep tissue however she didn’t need excessive pressure, but rather, managed to work out all of the knots in a way that was relaxing and not overly noticeable as to what she was even accomplishing with my muscles. To be honest, I didn’t notice how many knots had released until I went to get up at the end of the massage and realized my back felt amazing! I probably have had at least 25+ different masseuses and easily over one hundred massages, and would have to say that was by far the best to date! To top it off, she didn’t harass me to come back or book my next appointment on the spot, just told me to drink lots of water and a few other care tips and said she would be happy to see me if I wanted another massage :) 10/10 recommend Shea!!!”

My massage therapist Krystin is excellent and I’ve been seeing her for several years now. I would highly recommend her and this clinic for an awesome experience!”
