“I was amazed with the lasting results I experienced after working with Steph to treat sleep issues that had been persisting for months. I was shocked that after my first treatment I slept through the entire night for the first time, and after my second treatment my body had adjusted to a new rhythm which no other modality seemed to help with. Steph was attentive to the broader view of my health during intake and was very intentional as she explored factors I hadn’t even considered to find the perfect treatment plan for me. “Steph is a deeply skilled and caring acupuncturist who has helped me tremendously in a variety of ways, including emotional releases, insomnia, and chronic muscle knots in my lower back; after one session it felt like a new back! Steph takes her time to listen to you throughout the entire treatment, and is great at working around / through triggers, and uses different massage techniques - I particularly like the fire cupping and gua sha.
