“I had the best care with Luna Team 3! Every meet up with the midwives were not only informative but also empowering. My favorite was the in home visit at 36 weeks with Chandra and Joleen. They went through every detail, answered every question and offered tips. I felt empowered and greatly supported during labour - having Chandra with me felt like having a friend support me through that. Delivery was intimate and pressure free. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure. Comforting me when I needed comfort and cheering me on when it felt like I couldn't go on. Robyn was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to and made post partum care a breeze. I absolutely recommend the team! Thank you for not making me feel like my family and friends were too far away. I will say that I received the best care possible. Luna Team 3 is 100/10 💯”

“If Google allowed 10 stars, I would give this place all 10! Our experience from start to finish with Team Luna—Rebecca, Chandra, Robyn, and Jolene—was absolute perfection. Each and every one of them was beyond kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. As first-time parents, we were very nervous and had no idea what to expect from the birthing experience or everything it involves. The team answered all of our questions promptly, always with kindness, and helped us feel completely at ease throughout the journey. On the day of delivery, Rebecca was an absolute gem—we truly could not have done it without her constant support and care. Robyn was the best postpartum support we could have ever asked for, and we cannot thank her enough. What meant so much to us was how thoughtfully they took cultural differences into account, especially where practices may differ in Canada compared to other countries. That level of understanding and respect made us feel truly seen and supported. “Our little one has just hit 8 weeks and I already miss my midwives at Aurora so much!! I had Emily and Hayley from team Solei. I was so happy to be cared for by each of them and I can’t rave enough about how thoughtful and supportive they were to my partner and I during our pregnancy and postpartum. They were super prompt, attentive and compassionate. My partner and I have some pretty bad anxiety and they were able to inform us and help ease our minds along the way. Emily delivered our little girl and I can’t be more happy about the overall labour experience and her support during the craziest moment of our lives. Additionally we took advantage of Auroras network of amazing caregivers. We currently are seeing Dr Elaine for infant chiro services (she’s also amazing, caring and a wealth of knowledge!) Plus our midwives connected us with postpartum psychologists that have made a world of difference navigating our new lives as parents. Highly recommend and they forever will have a piece of our hearts ❤️❤️”

“I had the most incredible birth experience with Luna Team 3, with Chandra as my primary midwife and Jolene as the student midwife. I had always been terrified of giving birth, but meeting them changed everything. The entire experience was so calm, supportive, and reassuring. Chandra’s presence is unbelievably grounding, and her calming energy made me feel like everything would be okay, and it truly was. Jolene is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and so attentive. Together, they were the perfect team on the most vulnerable day of my life. I’m endlessly grateful for the care they gave me and would recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled midwifery support.”

“I had my daughter in 2023 with Aurora midwives & as a first time mom I’m SO SO SO glad I was able to have my care with them(shoutout team 6!) Beth was very knowledgeable, patient with my “silly” questions & our student midwife was awesome. When it came time, my induction went smoothly, with the gentle, consent formed care, keeping me up to date on what was happening, what next steps would be etc. I cannot rave enough about the postpartum care experience. Having people you trust, and that know your body & baby was very important to me, and definitely helped ease some of that new parent anxiety. Robin is the best postpartum guru there ever was. Super knowledgeable about some pp complications I had, and with breastfeeding challenges as well. If you are even on the fence about having a midwife-especially a team at Aurora- take that leap. It will be the best one!”

“I went with Aurora for my 4th pregnancy, and it was by far the best experience yet. I’d been with a regular pregnancy clinic, and a high risk clinic before, and they were both good. However, working with Madi at Aurora was just next level. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and she truly made sure it was my pregnancy and experience. I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with, and I was given as much information as possible to make the best decisions for myself and our baby. I had pretty traumatic births with my first 3 pregnancies, but this time around was the best experience. I didn’t know it was possible to get through a birth without trauma, haha. I can’t say enough good things about Aurora in general, but especially Madi.”

“Aurora Midwifery was an absolute gift during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I worked closely with Beth, Robyn, and Ceilidh, and also saw Krista and Cassandra. Each one brought such kindness, knowledge, and care to every interaction. Beth was by my side during my delivery, and I’ll never forget how calm, reassuring, and gentle she was. Her presence made me feel safe and truly cared for in one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. After birth, Robyn and Ceilidh’s postpartum visits were such a comfort. They took the time to check in on both me and baby, always making sure we were doing well emotionally and physically. Throughout it all, the team was always there, answering my emails and phone calls so promptly and with so much thought and compassion. I had a lot of anxiety during pregnancy, and their support meant everything. I never felt alone in the process; I felt heard and supported every step of the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how kind and patient they were with my husband. He had some reservations about midwifery care at first, but the team was so welcoming, respectful, and informative that he quickly felt at ease. By the end, he had a whole new appreciation for midwives and the incredible care they provide. If you’re looking for a team that truly sees you and cares deeply, I can’t recommend Aurora Midwifery enough.”
