“I recently had a frustrating experience at Aura Dental and, at the time, left a negative Google review. What followed, however, truly changed my perspective. Dr. Wallace Truong personally reached out to me with a courtesy call. He listened patiently, understood where my reaction was coming from, clarified the clinic’s actions, and also took the time to explain steps I should follow for better oral health. He ensured all my concerns are taken care of timely on my next visit in a very generous and thoughtful way. Many places either ignore negative feedback or treat it defensively. Aura Dental did the opposite. Under Dr. Wallace’s guidance, they treated my criticism as an opportunity to listen, understand, and maintain a positive relationship with a patient. That kind of professionalism and humility is rare, and it deserves recognition. A special shout-out to RDH Maykee as well, who was meticulous, gentle, and highly attentive while doing her job. Her care and attention to detail were very noticeable. Beyond the service, Aura Dental also offers several conveniences that make a real difference: direct billing to insurance providers, availability 7 days a week, and extended hours until 8 PM on 4 days of the week, which makes scheduling much easier for working people and busy families. The wide range of complimentary beverages and juices for patients at reception is a lovely added touch too. Overall, I am genuinely glad Regina has a dental clinic like Aura Dental. Their willingness to listen, improve, and treat patients with courtesy and respect makes them stand out.”

“Dr. Yasir Daoud is absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I normally have anxiety during dental appointments, but he made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. The hygienist Maureen is also very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Aura Dental. They provide excellent service!”

“Dr. Lionel was amazing with our 8 year old, who was nervous and required dental work. She was patient, soft spoken, gentle and experienced! We will definitely return to her. When additional work was needed our child saw Dr. Dan. He was friendly but not professional, was clumsy with the equipment in ways that were terrifying to watch, and impatient with our child to the point where due to pain experienced during the procedure we asked to stop and will have another dentist finish the work. I would not return to Dr. Dan for treatment, especially not for a child.”

“I had a great first visit here. I’ve always felt anxious about going to the dentist because of past negative situations, but Dr. Jaspreet and his team completely changed that for me. He took the time to sit down with me, carefully review my X-rays, and even drew a diagram to explain everything clearly. I’ve seen dentists in the past who felt rushed and inattentive, but that was not the case here. I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.”

“They may be good but I wouldn't know. I never got to the appointment as they don't direct bill to more than one provider. They also don't direct bill to NIHB. When I called to book in sure I asked or i wouldn't have booked. They need to advertise they don't direct bill for Status.They wanted to refer to a sister clinic in another area(1 guess what area).”

“Every time I’ve been to Aura dental, it’s been a phenomenal experience. Every staff member encounter I’ve had has been positive, they are kind and helpful and good at their jobs. “Make an appointment in advance, no need to wait after arriving. The attitude of the doctor and nurse is very good. I came to fill my tooth and the treatment process was painless. The effect is also very good. CDCP is accepted here.”
