“I recently visited Erica at her clinic to find a potential problem to balance issues I was having. Erica is a most pleasant person, a good listener and very easy to have good dialogue with. After a short discussion, she understood my problem and performed many tests, including a full hearing test, to determine a solution. She explained each test in layman’s terms. She was very thorough. “Erica Zaia is one of the best health care providers I’ve ever met. Last summer I experienced prolong dizziness. My family doctor couldn’t help much and it took 6-12 months to have an ENT appointment. I tried physiotherapy, TCM and acupuncture but nothing seemed to work, it was a devastating experience. I was lucky enough to find Erica on google search. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She has lots of experience is in her field and she is a great listener.
