First time Chiro appointment today. I read a lot of great reviews about Dr. Kyle Roth and others, but they were booked until Tuesday, so I booked with Dr. John Clark instead. My experience was sub-par. He shared some basic anatomical information about musculature (these 7 vertebrae are your neck, your shoulder blades are here and muscles connect all up the middle). When I told him I have a neck issue that happened in the nighttime he told me multiple times that "These things don't usually happen in the nighttime".. which is pretty invalidating, but he also didn't offer any other information (even when I asked) about preventative measures, other than "Oh yeah, you should keep stretching". During my 5 min treatment he was pretty aggressive, pushing on tender areas until I made audible noises of discomfort, where he told me "I can feel how one side is tighter than the other" - not being particularly sensitive to how much discomfort his touch was causing me (For context: I've had plenty of deep tissue and shiatsu massages before, this isn't a "I'm a wimp" thing. It was a comparatively: "Dr. Clark was not sensitive to my feelings. It felt like he was in a rush to get me out of the office."). Upon writing this review I checked the ACWC website and under his bio it only says "Bio coming soon. Starting October 2023". Who is this guy? He couldn't provide his employer with some credentials in 2 years? Or you couldn't update your website if he did? I wish I had done a little more research before booking an assessment with him. I wish I waited until Tuesday to see Dr. Roth.. but I wanted an Initial Chiropractic booking ASAP. Maybe with Dr. Clark it's an "age thing" or an "outdated chiropractic practice" thing but it makes me wonder if this is why Dr. Clark was free today and not booked until Tuesday. This review isn't to say he's a terrible person - it's to offer perspective about areas where he's falling short as a professional who is "in service" to others. In terms of treatment, it was *fine*. He cracked my neck and shoulder blades in a couple places. Before saying "Okay treatment is over". Not that I should be telling a professional how to do their job, but when a patient (like myself) doesn't have adequate language or knowledge of the human body to describe *exactly* what is wrong with me, I expect a professional to be more thorough with questions and testing to determine what my needs are and what a treatment plan should look like. Mine felt like "You're in pain and it'll get better so come back for a couple more treatments soon". Also to quote Dr. Clark today when I first told him I was looking to learn.. he said: "You'll be blown away at how helpful chiropractic treatment is". I chuckled and said "I hope so". I was not blown away. Maybe a chiropractor is not what I needed, but I know my money would have been much better spent with a physiotherapist, who would have offered me a plan, soft tissue massage and helpful information. As far as customer service goes, the receptionist was pleasant and warm, but Dr. Clark left something to be desired. I give 3 stars because this wasn't a terribly, repulsive experience - I just don't care for professionals who think very highly of themselves while having little awareness of how their patients are perceiving them. If you're coming to this clinic, I recommend booking with someone else - maybe someone with a bio.

Massage (Karen, RMT) + Chiropractor (Dr. Kyle), have individually been exceptional; personabilities, respect, consideration, and skill. AC is on too early, too high. Rarely matches the outside temperature. Blankets can be available if you ask. Direct billing is convenient. The scheduling app isn't great for access and functionality.

Staff is friendly, but that's about as far as positives go. Much like every other medical practitioners, they NEVER listen to you. "Hey, I need this, this, and this" "actually, instead, I am going to rub your back for 30 minutes and loosen it up" makes it feel worse than when I went in. Saw a few different people, and don't recommend any of them. Waste of insurance.

I’d never been to a chiropractor before and was super nervous. Dr Kyle Roth was recommended to me by a friend. He quickly put me at ease and talked me through everything he did. I was surprised the adjustments were painless. I went from “I’m never seeing a chiropractor” to “I’ll see you again next week”.

I see Kyle Roth on a pretty regular basis. This place is fantastic! Very caring! One time I hurt my back so badly I couldn’t get out of the car. They came out and got me😀.. fixed me right up ! They get me in pretty fast every time I’ve booked in! Very clean facility! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic! From booking to the actual appointment, I feel taken care of and valued. The clinic itself is a very professional and welcoming environment. The front staff are always courteous (and way better at keeping their cool with those difficult patrons than I would be!) and as accommodating as possible with my often last-minute booking requests. Dr. Roth is personable and very helpful when dealing with my back issues. Thanks Attridge Chiropractic for such a positive experience time and time again!

Dr. Kyle and Alisa were the best ever! I went to the clinic every week to see them, but unfortunately my parents and I have to stop going to the clinic because the FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE. I didn’t even bother explaining our side since her voice was shaking as she was too mad I guess. We were very truly sorry to missed AN appointment due to an emergency. AND I offered to pay for a cancellation fee or even the full amount since she sounded so mad about it — She said it was fraudulent and said “I know there’s one more coming up, but that’s cancelled”. — Again, we were truly sorry we missed an appointment & missed her calls but come on. May He bless her so she can have a nice heart for everyone ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Dr. Kyle and Alisa

Had my first appt with Dr. Shelby Fedusiak, and she was amazing! Very professional and personable. She was thorough in my assessment, asking all the right questions, with me giving honest answers allowing her to make a solid diagnosis of my injury. She explained everything she was doing throughout my assessment, which I thought was very professional. She did an adjustment on me which relieved a lot of my discomfort, then we discussed a recovery plan. She showed me a few stretches that I could do at home that will aid in my recovery and asked me to come back for a follow up appt to see how the injury is healing. This was definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Shelby Fedusiak for you chiropractic needs!

Highly recommended this clinic! The front desk staff are always friendly and quick. I had issues with my insurance and she took the time to figure out who I call to get it fixed. The chiropractors are also fantastic. I’ve seen Dr. Kyle Roth many times and he always has time for conversation and leaves my back feeling amazing.
