About the clinic
Thank you for booking your session. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule. The office is relocating next door at 75 Erie St. S as of August 1, 2026. All appointments on or after this date will be in our new location at suite 103, and parking is available in the Leamington Office Complex parking lot behind the building.
