“Due to a previous injury the flexibility in my hips and legs is pretty limited and often painful. Besides stretching on my own I have found Diana's Thai massage very helpful and the Ayurvedic massage has had a lasting effect! Next month will be the functional massage. Diana is amazing at her profession.”

“Highly recommend Daiana! I have now experienced both her Thai and Functional Massage and can’t decide which one I benefited from more. They are both so different from traditional massage. All my aches and tension melted away with her deep, firm touch. In fact, I upgraded the Thai massage to 90 minutes and the Functional to 120 minutes and was so sad when they concluded. I could feel her focused attention on identifying the areas of blockage and her skillful diligence to clear each troublesome spot, applying different techniques until the muscle and facia were moving smoothly. The results are long lasting and worth every penny. Hard to find words to describe just how magical her intentional touch is. Can’t wait to try the Ayurvedic oil massage! And her Acroyoga classes bring me so much joy! A wise instructor that provides exceptional alignment queues, and micro steps to help you achieve what you thought unachievable.
