“I've been seeing Dr. Birk for a few months now and feel its time for a review. The therapy that I have been receiving seems to finally be paying dividends. While my back still troubles me, it is much improved from when I first started my decompression treatments. If your expectations are realistic, this may be right for you. Atlantis Chiropractic has a unique way of treating their patients. Their system is coordinated and seamless. Within seconds of walking in, treatment begins. I've rarely had to wait a couple minutes. Bianca and Donna are models of efficiency and are always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Birk knows each of his patient's needs and brings a positive and energetic energy to his healing environment. Rather than being a chore to attend my sessions, I look forward to every appointment. “From the first time I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by how friendly and polite the staff were. I can honestly say that Dr. Ruminder Birk genuinely cares about his patients. Despite the large number of people he sees, he remembers our names and understands each patient's condition, which makes every visit feel personal and meaningful. Before coming to this clinic, I had been seeing a different chiropractor for over a year, but I never received the same level of care and attention. I have now been attending this clinic for more than two months, and I can already feel a difference, especially with the spinal decompression therapy. “I felt misled and pressured during my experience here. I found this clinic through an Instagram ad and paid an upfront consultation fee ($43) for X-rays and a same-day consultation. The process felt confusing from the start after difficulty locating the X-ray clinic and being redirected elsewhere. The consultation felt rushed. After a brief review of my X-rays, I was presented with a treatment plan costing approximately $7,500 upfront (or three payments of $2,500) and felt pressured to decide immediately. When I said I needed time to discuss it with my partner, I felt dismissed. I chose to try one $250 treatment session instead, but there was little explanation of what was being done. When I later requested documentation, I felt encouraged to reconsider the package rather than simply receive a receipt/invoice. In my experience, the process felt rushed, sales-focused, and heavily focused on securing a large upfront payment rather than helping me feel informed and comfortable with treatment decisions. “Choosing dr.Birk as my chiropractor is one of the best decisions in my life. When I went to see him for my consultation I knew right away he knew what he was doing. So for consultation you have to take xrays and that is how you're assesed .He told me all the problems I had in one appointment and it took my family dr 10 years I still don't know why. Dr. Birk always answered my questions, he's very present at every session. So from being in severe pain and not being able to stand for more than hour ,now I am back to work part time and slowly getting back to my normal life thanks to him. And I can't say enough abouth the front desk, Bianca and Donna are just amazing always helping always smiling. They are the behind the scene team that makes sure everything is done with precision.
