“I was prescribed physiotherapy to promote recovery from chronic and debilitating neck, shoulder and scapular pain. Treatment in the well equipped professional environment of Athletica Physio was disciplined and pinpoint accurate. Paola Finizio is a skilled and attentive physiotherapist. The home exercises she prescribed were very helpful supplements to the clinical sessions with her. “I 100% credit Paola for where i am in my recovery from a ruptured Achilles. I chose the non-operative route so I was a little concerned with how much to push myself and when, but Paola expertly guided me through my recovery. “I saw Anike for pelvic floor work following a surgery and she was really great. Taking the time to ensure I was comfortable, working on ensuring I was doing the exercises correctly and following up in a very non-judgmental way when I sometimes wasn't doing all the exercises. She gave me the tools for longer term care and it's really been incredible for my healing process and confidence.
