“Without a doubt, the best massage I've ever received in my 30 years. My massage therapist Ana was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She listened carefully to the areas I wanted to focus on and truly went above and beyond. She was able to relieve a spot that has been bothering me for years, and I genuinely left feeling like a completely different person. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more grateful for the level of care and skill she provided. She is incredible. 10/10—I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. “I arrived with extremely tight calves and achilles, and Emma immediately got to work releasing everything that was locked up. Throughout my marathon training, she’s kept my lower legs feeling strong and has also worked on other spots where I often carry tension. She always asks the right questions and tailors each session to exactly what your body needs. Fantastic care. "Life's too short to be sore".”

“I would Highly recommend Tracy! I was suffering with some lower back pain due to a workout. It was hard to explain my pain exactly but Tracy was patient enough to ask me the right questions and figure out the primary cause for my pain. Once she treated that, it felt like huge relief on my back and made it easier. She gave some tips and stretches to do at home. I followed them and after just one night , the pain is not almost unnoticeable. I everyone's pain and recovery could be different but do checkout Tracy and im pretty sure you'll come out better than before with anything relating to sports or gym injuries and maybe more!”

“I went in for a massage with Samir Jiwa because of a knee injury. He was very professional and explained why I was having issues and how the massage was going to help. The massage incorperated movements and he focused on specific muscles to help with my injury. He then prescribed some stretches I should do to further my recovery. Amazing service!!!”

“I had the most amazing experience at Athletes Choice Massage today. Andre provided an exceptional massage and really targeted problem areas. He worked on trigger points and was very attentive to areas that needed extra work. If you are interested in an actual therapeutic deep tissue massage I highly recommend. I have tried many massage clinics throughout Edmonton searching for this type of massage and found that most places end up giving a very generic relaxation massage. This was not the case here and I really appreciated Andre’s attention to detail and excellent patient care. Will be coming back!”

Unlike other massage studios and therapists , Mason took the time to understand my specific problems and pains, which allowed for a more targeted and effective massage. The massage studio itself is beautiful, and the communication was impeccable. The professionalism displayed by Mason was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this guy and this place.”
