“Aside from the Chiropractor I saw for orthotics being extremely arrogant, the customer service here is atrocious. After having orthotics ordered and not hearing any response after about a month, I contacted the office and they had contacted the wrong person or some random person and made no effort to follow up using the correct email address of mine they had on file. I have since followed up 4 times regarding a question about the materials used in the orthotics, as they repeatedly give me blisters while exercising. I emailed twice in August 2025 (over a 3 week period) and received no response; I then called September 24, and followed up with an email that same day to provide additional information and was told by the somewhat rude receptionist that she would check with the "Dr" regarding my concern. I then followed up on September 30th and have still received no reply. They are useless.”Read moreShow less

“I visited Mayusha Parmar for shoulder muscle pain that had been bothering me for weeks, and the experience was excellent. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and created a tailored treatment plan that included manual therapy and targeted exercises. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvement in both pain and mobility. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. “Extremely disappointed with the new location and how it's being managed—especially the lack of a receptionist. The clinic asks for your credit card details in advance because there's no one at the front desk when you arrive. I strongly advise against providing your information that way. To make matters worse, they submitted multiple claims for different amounts to my health insurance provider—for the same appointment date. Completely unacceptable. While I genuinely appreciate and value the physiotherapist (they are excellent), the overall experience has left me frustrated and reluctant to return.”Read moreShow less
