“Rostam was my physiotherapist for a wrist injury, and I had a great experience working with him. He was always well prepared, with new exercises and a treatment plan tailored to my progress at every visit. He took the time to adjust each session based on how I was healing and what I needed most. Rostam is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way where it's easy for someone with limited science/anatomy background to understand. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I was able to return to my regular workout routine and get back to playing sports—something I was initially afraid to do because of my injury. I highly recommend Rostam to anyone looking for an effective physiotherapist who genuinely cares about their patients and their recovery. “I had an amazing experience at Athletes Care Sports Medicine Centres with my physiotherapist, Vekaash A. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took excellent care of me throughout my treatment. “I worked with Rostam for physiotherapy following an ankle sprain and had a great experience. He created a well-structured rehabilitation program with thoughtful, progressive exercises that helped me recover safely. I made great progress and feel more confident returning to soccer. “As a physiotherapist, Vekaash Arulrasan was absolutely perfect with our 12-year-old. In addition to knowing his stuff and being able to recommend appropriate and effective exercises, he is very warm and personable and was able to build a rapport with both our kid and his parents. He understands the mindset and needs of child athletes and is really approachable. Front desk staff is also friendly and the clinic spaces are all clean and well laid out. “Vekaash is my physiotherapist and has been assisting me with my lower pack. In the few sessions I have had, he was able to diagnose several causes of my lower back pain, which exact lower back muscles in particular have issues, and the appropriate remedies to fix it. Since the beginning, I no longer feel the chronic lower back pain that I’ve had for years. “I’ve been having this terrible hip issue for quite some time and seen both a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist a few weeks prior who both were unable to pin point the issue causing the pain. I booked an appointment with Vekaash at Athletes Care and immediately after our first session was able to let identify the problem and provide a plan. “I went to see Vekaash for lower back pain and he provided great professional service. He took his time to listen to all of my concerns and asked thorough questions to come to a concise diagnosis. It was hard for me to recreate the pain but with his knowledge he was able to pin point and recreate that pain. His workouts were not over complicated, he kept it very basic and it’s been helping me heal the issue. He implemented workouts that completed my current workout schedule and routine.
