“Best chiropractic office in St. James. I have been seeing Dr. Leader for many many years and he is always kind, understanding and professional. He truly cares about his patients and always takes time to listen. “I've been going to see Dr leader for probably 10+years. They are definitely great for fitting you in But, recently when I submitted recent visits with my insurance it was audited. Now I still got reimbursed within a few days, I found their lack of direct billing to be super inconvenience. I spoke to a Coworker and tried another chiro. Direct billed. And a much better experience. It wasn't until I tried this new Dr I realized how out dated the techniques were. Now I real hate leaving this kind of comment on a review but Dr Leader always has BO, it's unpleasant when being adjusted to have to smell body odor. I hope he sees this and corrects it. It's just unpleasant when being adjusted and I mean this with the utmost respect.”Read moreShow less

“Amazing place to visit. I've never needed to see a chiropractor before but I'm glad I came here. If I could give more stars I would. The Doc is the best. He's fixing me up and going above and beyond to do so. I was always skeptical about seeing a chiropractor but he explained everything so it all makes sense. And the proof is in the results. So far so great! 😃 👍 I'm extremely grateful for coming here and meeting Dr. Leader. I'm looking forward to a speedy recovery and putting this injury behind me. “I know direct billing is a hot topic so I will start by getting that out of the way. YES. They do offer direct billing here. Dr.Leader is very easy to speak to. When I visit and have an area of concern he asks a few questions to figure out what I may be doing to cause or exacerbate the pain or discomfort in that area. He takes the time to explain how everything works so I can leave the clinic not only feeling better after the adjustment but with some knowlege and tools that will help me to manage or prevent my pain during my day to day going forward. I am never pressured for a follow up unless he recommends consistency, necessary for a particular concern/pain that needs the attention. The "waiting room" time is minimal to none. Im usually put into a room right away and wait no more the 2 or 3 minutes to be seen. Andrea is at the desk and always pleasant by phone, email or in person.
