Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  As an appointment is a reservation of my time, I respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours of notice from the start time of your appointment for all canceled and rescheduled appointments, although at least 48 hours or earlier is much more appreciated.

• Credit card to book

  A credit card on file is required to book an appointment and will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

• Arriving late shortens the visit(depending on lateness) we will continue treatment with the remaining time at the standard scheduled rate.

• Fee for cancelling late

  Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  All the intake forms are digital and must be completed online before your appointment time.

On the day

• Arrive early5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

  Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, not earlier, as no admin staff is present.
