“Crystal has been my MT ever since my oldest was a few months old, just over 3 years ago. I always look forward to seeing her and always feel better after. She has been very helpful with my postpartum aches. Crystal has always been very respectful and accommodating. It was wonderful to be able to bring my babies with me to the appointments. She is very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have wonderful conversations with her, but she also gives me silence if she can sence that I need to relax and close my eyes. “Crystal has been treating me for years nearly 15 years actually. She has helped me through many surgeries, chronic pain, as well as during my complex pregnancy. I receive weekly treatment from Crystal and couldn’t imagine managing my pain without her. I live with many different chronic pain and inflammation due to scoliosis, and spinal fusion. She is an incredible RMT and person. I love her honest approach, and passion she has about helping people and wanting to make sure she is doing her very best to ease any on going pain and discomfort. She has gone above and beyond over all these years, showing me stretching exercises, and has helped me so much with my range of motion. I have moved with crystal to nearly all of her locations because I love our weekly sessions so much. When we miss a week or two I really feel it. I would HIGHLY recommend crystal to anyone! “I saw Crystal for 2 yrs, regularly, almost weekly. She regularly cancels appointments due to her illness (she is health compromised) so she never gives advance notice. I always gave her the respect to happily cancel my appointment, I even attened for an appointment and she stated once I arrived that she was not able to complete the appointment as she was ill. Without issue I accepted the cancellation and made sure she was safe to be left alone before I left and texted her later to check in. More recently, during Halloween, she cancelled, and also canceled to a 'family emergency' (which she advised after was expected family issue) , all of which she cancelled the day of appointments. With this holiday season and my benefits ending unexpectedly, I asked her if we could cancel my appointment (My one off request to cancel situation) due to that I hadn't budgeted for the session. She declined my request and issued a no-show invoice, and then subsequently canceled all my future appointments. In my experience with Crystal, and her being immuno-compromised, if you were to attend Crystal for care, be aware of frequent cancellations, I would also be very cautious of sharing personal information with Crystal as she tends to have a blurred line of sharing others details while I being treated.”Read moreShow less
