“I can’t recommend this clinic enough. The staff is so welcoming and professional. I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus, had surgery, and then went to this clinic months later to help with some of the pain and discomfort I was still experiencing. I really wish I had gone sooner, so if anyone is in the same situation, don’t wait, go right away. They even made my day when I “graduated” with some bubbles and graduation music.”Read moreShow less

“I was hopeless until I found Amadea who helped me tremendously and I can say I am so grateful to have met her. She is very professional and she resolved my issue with my bladder leaking and I feel free again! Thank you Amadea!”

“I had a great experience with the team at Ask Physiotherapy. I attended a few sessions prior to my RALP surgery to focus on pelvic muscle exercises, and recently went in for a post-surgery follow-up. I can gladly say that the preparation and guidance they provided truly helped me. Highly recommended for anyone going through a similar procedure!”Read moreShow less

“Working with Amadea at ASK Physio has been an incredibly positive experience. She creates such a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment, which makes it much easier to work through sensitive issues. After trying several clinics over the years, she was the first person who truly helped me make meaningful progress. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her.”Read moreShow less

“I received a call to confirm an appointment, and when I mentioned that I'm sick and pregnant, the person responded that I wasn't the first to be unwell and offered to come with a mask. I expressed my concerns about this not being a good idea, especially since I’m pregnant and already find it hard to breathe. Their response was lacking empathy or understanding, and they repeated that they had tried to call me when I was sick. 🤒 I’m so incredibly choked! Their customer service is honestly horrible . I don’t have the energy to engage with people who show no empathy for sick pregnant women. It seems they prioritize their bookings and profits over the well-being of their clients SO Be careful with viruses out there 🦠 I’m relieved I didn’t go there. And would recommend any pregnant woman to stay away!”Read moreShow less

“I’m very thankful for the experience that I had with Amadea. I recommend her, she’s super friendly and very nice. I felt comfortable with her for all of my sessions. It’s been really hard not knowing if there was a solution for my problems or not, but now I know that everything will be okay. “I started pelvic floor physiotherapy at Ask Physiotherapy with Suparna and had two sessions with her. She was amazing; she listened carefully, took her time, and explained everything in detail. I finally felt heard and supported. Unfortunately, she had to leave, and I was then booked with Amadea. I understand that Amadea is the owner and very busy, but in my two sessions with her I felt more dismissed and not given the same attention. After that, I was told her schedule would be full due to a conference and that I’d be called if someone canceled. When I first contacted the clinic, all my sessions were booked in advance but this only changed after Suparna left. I was never called back, then the winter break happened, and my therapy stopped abruptly with no clear plan. Since consistency is crucial for pelvic floor therapy, this caused me to lose progress, waste time and money, and relapse with worse symptoms. I’m really disappointed with the lack of continuity and communication, especially after such a great start.”Read moreShow less
