“I came in for a photo facial and was disappointed with the results. After 3 weeks there has been no change to my skin. It does not say on the website that multiple sessions are needed to see results and the staff does not tell you when you book. “I left feeling relaxed after my massage however the receptionists were not warm or welcoming in the manner of a spa. All together not what you normally experience at a reputable spa atmosphere. For such a steep price I would recommend you go to another spa that offers same services with an exponentially better customer service and experience. I got there exactly at my appointment time as I was not advised to come earlier to fill out the form, something that I would recommend they implement as to not run into the time of the treatments. Parking is limited and a bit tight; there is a shared space with a law office. I was asked to book for my next appt which is what they ask everyone and I declined. They offer a wide range of products to purchase. I was handed half a legal paper size receipt that was hand filled out for a 45 mins massage which was realistically only 40 mins in length. I was also surprised not to have been offered any refreshments or advised to do so after my massage. I see in other reviews that front desk personnel are welcoming and family like - It may have just been an off day.”Read moreShow less

“My go-to place for massages. Brenda and Clara are my go to RMTs! Always clean and staff is friendly too. Parking is good too, specifically for that building so no need to parallel park on main St unionville.”

“I highly recommend this place. When I moved to the area, I had a hard time finding the Guinot skincare brand - they were the only ones who carried it (back in the day). The spa is clean, and you’re always welcomed with a smile by everyone. They often have great promotions and products. My skin has been looking great, thanks to Ashgrove Spa!”Read moreShow less

“Love coming back here for my facials. Everyone is super sweet and welcoming. It always feels like you're coming back to see friends you haven't seen in a while. It's a very clean and properly maintained spa. I always book with Andrea and have an amazing time. She listens to your concerns and adjusts to your skin's needs every appointment. She's also a great conversationalist if that is your thing. I had an amazing time for my deep tissue massage when I booked it for the very first time too. “This place is truly wonderful! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff treats you like a special guest. You really feel welcomed, and there’s a warmth that makes the experience enjoyable. I recently tried something new called “DAZZLE DRY” for the first time, and the staff guided me through the entire process. It's a beautiful experience, and it feels like the healthiest option for me right now. I absolutely loved it! “I was gifted a dry manicure and the manicurist Kasha (apologies if I spelled her name wrong) was very kind. My nails didn't grow in time for the appointment but she did an amazing job regardless.
