“I had shoulder dislocation from volleyball. I started physiotherapy about 3 weeks from my injury as directed by the ortho. Ian is very knowledgeable. He made an effort to explain to me what is going on in my body and what the recovery plan is. He is very patient when explaining the moves. “Ian was super knowledgable and thorough. He was able to identify an issue that has been bothering me for years and give me an exercise program to mitigate my pain.
