Thank you for being here! We can’t wait to help you reach all your health & mobility goals, in a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed clinic space.
Due to the high demand and longer wait to access our services, we recommend booking a minimum of two follow-up visits , 1 or 2 weeks apart, after booking an initial assessment visit.
This will ensure that you are able to have a follow-up visit if required. Our therapists or yourself can cancel or postpone the follow-up visits after the initial visit, at anytime if needed .
Please note that we are not a OHIP-covered or WSIB clinic. Also a gentle reminder that we require 48 hours for changes to your appointment or cancelations. Last-minute cancelations will be subject to a cancelation fee and no-shows will be charged the full appointment rate at the time of the missed appointment. “I saw Laurence a few times while pregnant and now post-partum and I couldn’t have asked for a better PT to accompany me through these journeys. Laurence is extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional, and not only checks in how you’re feeling physically, but will also make sure you’re coping well emotionally as a new mom. She was there for me from start to finish and helped make my labour and post-partum a million times smoother! “I have been seeing Laurence every two weeks, and my experience has been excellent. She is very supportive and takes the time to listen carefully so she can accurately assess the problem. At each session, she follows up on the exercises she assigned and asks how they went throughout the week, which shows how much she truly cares about her patients’ progress. She is kind, generous with her time, and highly knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have such a skilled professional in our small town.
