“Zero stars if I could I left with more mental tension than physical. Got no physical relief whatsoever, so just imagine. -Adriana started to actually work on me 10 minutes into the “treatment”. -Had to leave twice to get “heat”. -Middle of the massage left for about 5 minutes for “heat”(ed) towels. It is instilled into RMT’s to keep at least the tip of a finger on their client. -I’ve never had an RMT not use her hands, knuckles or elbows at all. All she used was a tool. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking it might work. -The absolute worst was that I requested three times for Adriana to work at a specific body part and she did not. If that’s where I’m feeling it that’s where I I want the person to work. -She asked me to lay face up I told her again I wanted a point in my upper back worked on, and she began to argue -I got up, said that’s it, got dressed and left the room.. First words out of her mouth were, you still have to pay”Read moreShow less

“My husband and I were looking for a new massage therapist. We definitely recommend Cecilia Yang. She communicated well and hit all the points needed to relieve muscle pain and tension. Excellent service! Arnica will be our go to for massage therapy from now on.”Read moreShow less

“I went for a prenatal massage and unfortunately although the lady was nice I did have some issues. Now being pregnant and very sore, I’m in no way wanting confrontation so I just let things be. I’m also exhausted from being a mama and pregnant. During the massage she was on her phone giving me a one handed massage for 90% off my massage. I could tell she was on her phone because her phone was on the massage table beside me and would vibrate which I thought was very unprofessional. She maybe used 2 hands 10 times throughout my massage and was only for a couple seconds each time except for my arms and hands. The room had no music playing so it was silent throughout the whole massage and all I could hear was the vibrating of her phone from what seemed like text messages.”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Arnica for about couple of years and today I went for lymphatic drainage for 60 minutes. She literally did nothing in the whole massage session. First she asked if you want upper body or lower because she won’t be able to cover whole body in 60minutes and I said lets do upper body and The area she covered in whole 60 minutes session is just 2 arms and the whole session of 60 minutes she did is just touched the arms skin (basically nothing) .Upper body should cover chest, shoulder, head, under arms and neck. But I felt she was just time passing by doing nothing. May be get more training before you guys take clients for specific therapies. Client’s come to get treated or relieved from session. Nobody likes to pay money for getting nothing. When I called the owner her reply was that she will not book me with her again . Sorry I don’t expect this reply when I had to spend $115 out of my pocket for something that I expected to get the service . I was very disappointed with the whole experience I had .”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been dealing with a migraine for four days straight, and today’s acupuncture session with Tania made all the difference. She’s amazing, very informative, patient, and really good at what she does. I felt immediate relief and left the session feeling so much better. Highly recommend Tania if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and effective acupuncturist!”Read moreShow less

“I really love Arnica wellness! From the moment you step through the door, it feels like you can take a deep breath and relax! I have seen a few massage therapists there, and they are all really good, with different strengths, but I really love Andrea! She has such an ability to gently target all the problem muscles. Thanks Arnica!”Read moreShow less
