“I have been struggling with a sore right shoulder for many months. Due to overcompensating from a fracture of my left humerus (requiring ORIF, 2 plates and 10 screws) in October 2023. The initial injury is healed but my body is so out of alignment. I had been seeking massage therapy for my right shoulder/pec/back but hadn’t been able to find relief. I saw Andre for my first appointment and his no-nonsense approach had the source of my pain identified almost immediately. I am suffering with a strained supraspinatus, not bicep tendonitis, which I initially thought. He proceeded to spend time doing several different treatments over an hour long appointment. I have spent the weekend mostly pain free and am thrilled with the treatment and outcome so far. I am looking forward to my next appoint and continuing my health journey with the help of Armstrong Physiotherapy.”
