“Mr.Armstrong is always professional and kind. I’ve went in with blinding migraines and he has always ‘cracked’ me in the right spots and relieved the pain I was feeling. Highly suggest him as a chiropractor.”

“As far as chiropractors go, he was quite good. He worked with me to make sure I was leaving feeling relief from the pain I was feeling (even seeing me a second time within an hour of my appointment to readjust me when I didn’t feel the relief I had felt the time before). He also got me in very quickly and worked quickly which was great for me as a mom. The environment, however, was very dirty. Thick dust on everything, plant leaves all over the floor of the waiting room. On my second to last appointment I was waiting for him to finish with another client before getting my adjustment and nothing was sanitized between us using the same table (the face paper was replaced only). I didn’t ever see him use sanitizer between clients and the bed he used for adjustments never looked wiped down between us either. On my last appointment he had a dog in the office. It was a large dog that smelled like it was in heat. As I left the treatment room I had to dodge a few spots of fresh blood on the floor that I assume was from the dog - if it wasn’t’s possibly even more disturbing? The cleanliness practices of this office are lacking to say the least. Not only for typical standards, but especially in the wake of a global pandemic. It’s too bad, because I like him as a doctor, but I find the environment very uncomfortable, and haven’t been back. A few simple things could be done to improve this place like hiring someone to clean weekly, sanitizing the space before each new client, and keeping the dog out of the medical office. Like I say, it’s a shame because I like the people a lot, but the space just really puts you off.”Read moreShow less
