“I love this place, first off as soon as you walk in the door it’s like a whole other world. The atmosphere and energy is so light and calming, the staff is absolutely so amazing. Then we get to NOA- honestly you cant even explain the feeling of happiness when you lay back and relax. You just have to try it yourself! An then! we have the extracurricular events… 🤯 it really does not stop.. they offer so many different things and for everyone! “As soon as you walk into the space, you can physically feel the safe, comfortable and warm energy that is just radiating from the walls but also anyone who I’ve met that leads a practice in the space (shout out specifically to Antoinette and Jennie!). I could go on and on about how much I’ve learned since first coming in and every time I go, I am blessed with nuggets of information that really land and plant seeds in my overall growth and healing journey. 🤍🙏 The egg!? Is great! One almost immediate relief I got from my experiences was that it helped with my insomnia, prior to trying it I never slept for more than 2 hours without waking up but I’ve finally been able to get a solid 7 hour chunk in on average each night which in itself is incredible being a Mom to a 5 year old who wakes up at the crack of dawn every day. 😅”Read moreShow less
