“Outstanding service, after 2 years of suffering, 5 MRI 2 Neurosurgeons, i neurologist, 2 Orthopedists, 2 Physiotherapists, a massage therapist, 2 Acupuncturists, I thought I was done with live, my pain was agonizing, and my movement restricted to nothing, My left arm and my neck where swollen and desperately painful 24/7 then I went to Arise on the recommendation of a friend. where others failed and made my problem worse, within 3 visits I started feeling better. “I was looking for a physiotherapist close to my home and one who could accommodate my mom with an appointment ASAP as she was in tremendous pain. Bikram was amazing and attentive with my mom, checking in on her and making sure she was comfortable. That was at the start of 2024 and I have made this my go-to clinic for myself and my kids to this day. I speak on our personal experience and can confidently say that our physio treatment at Arise Physio & Massage with Bikram has always brought recovery. “Unfortunately disappointed with my care. After reading all the good reviews I was sure I finally found a good physio therapist. Sadly after my third session I had more pain than I started with. Key feedback: -Bikram multitasks two patients at the same time, at one instance he started working on the opposite arm (must be because his focus was distracted between multiple clients). I had to stop him to remind him he is working on the wrong arm. After voicing that one-to-one treatment was expected he said then “this may not be the right clinic for you”. -he started acupuncture on my arm with no warning/explanation. I was not even facing him and I just felt two needles go into my arm. This was very unprofessional to me. -each treatment involved 30 mins of TENS/laser and ONLY 2-5 mins of physical manipulation. I have a tens machine at home that I can apply for free… - he was the first PT who has recommended 4 sessions in only 2weeks. Even though he gave a discounted price for non insured individuals I voiced that $200 in two weeks was a lot. He simply assured that he would fix the pain. Also most PTs give the hurt area time to rest to prevent injury but he assured me the pain would resolve by the last session. It made me feel like he just wanted to collect the most money in a short time rather than provide thorough care. -For my third session I was hesitant because I was attending a gym class in the evening a few hours after the session with Bikram. I called in advance to confirm this was okay because I did not want to reverse the treatment in any way. Needless to say he recommended I come. I ended up hurting myself doing a simple jumping jack at the gym class. I assume because it reversed an adjustment made earlier that day. I was upset because I could have easily moved my appointment to the next day if he wasn't so adamant about having appointment so close together and prioritized rest. Unfortunately I will not be back and suggest improvements be made to provide better care.”Read moreShow less

“I don’t know why people are giving Bikramjeet 4 and 5 stars, he deserves 10 stars! He is the best physiotherapist out there. Before seeing him I had a lot of shoulder and back pain and had to take a week off from work. Now I have no pain at all. Highly recommended!!”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at Arise Physio & Massage Clinic where I received treatment for my knee pain. The clinic was clean, well-organized and the staff were very friendly and professional. The physio Bikramjeet Saini who treated me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose my problem and create a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs. Bikramjeet was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining the exercises and stretches I needed to do to help alleviate my knee pain. He also helped me to understand the underlying causes of my pain. I found the treatment sessions to be very effective and I felt a real improvement in my knee pain after just a few visits. Bikramjeet had recently treated my wife's foot pain giving her immediate relief and this prompted me to try him out.
