The confirmation email will provide the door code needed to enter the building, and also includes a link to follow if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. </p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Credit card information is collected upon booking for scheduling purposes only. You won't be charged until after your service, unless you defy the cancellation policy as seen below.</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><em><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: P</em><em>lease provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancelling or rescheduling done with less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in 50% of the appointment cost charged to your card on file. If you provide less than 1 hour notice or if you no-show, you will be charged for 75% of the appointment cost. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment, and the 75% charge will apply. Cancellation fees will also apply when cancelling just part of your service with late notice (ex: you booked both a lash and brow service but decide to just do brows). Failure to adhere to pre-appointment instructions may also result in a cancellation charge and the need to reschedule. In the case of a missed complimentary microblading touch-up, a $50 fee will apply.
