I’ve been to a few massage places, but this one is really good! They hit all the right spots without hurting crazy (if you know what I mean lol~) there must be something different about their technic! They are all licensed so you can use your insurance coverage and everything. So yea if you ever tried massage and it didn’t work but you still feel your muscles need some fixing, definitely give this place a try!

Kelly is absolutely amazing! She was professional, attentive, and tailored the massage perfectly to what my body needed. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and tension-free. If you are looking for a top-tier therapist, book with Kelly—she is fantastic! Highly recommend. All the staff very friendly and helpful as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this massage spa .The environment was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns before the treatment. The massage helped relieve a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and I felt much better afterward. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Hey everyone! I just moved to Richmond Hill and have been searching for a great massage spot—and I finally found one 🙌 I came across Aria Wellness & Massage Spa, and it did NOT disappoint. My mom and I both got the 1-hour full body massage, and honestly… words don’t do it justice. Luna and Steve made us feel completely relaxed from the moment we walked in. The hospitality and professionalism were top tier. The place was super clean, the staff were so friendly, and everything just felt calm and welcoming. And to top it all off, I even got a FREE foot massage at the end 😍 Safe to say, I’ve officially found my new favorite spot. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself!

Don’t come here if you go through insurance. They don’t do direct billing. I realized its so they issue an invoice lower than what you actually paid, so you cant reimburse the entire thing through insurance. The owner asked us to prepay ($120+) which was fine, then asked for tips at the end, which again was totally fine but he said its because his RMTs don’t make much 😂 For a $120+ massage maybe you can just pay them more? a weird way to do business. The RMT was nice but a sketchy experience overall.

Be aware of hidden cost! They ask for additional $20 if your insurance company is Sunlife, saying that’s it’s “additional effort to make invoice for sunlife”. Btw; they cannot provide invoice or receipt on the spot. They also added $20 tips to my bill without telling me. The massage therapist lady herself is nice tho. It’s just the way this place is managed feels sketchy.

I don’t even write reviews often, but this place was kind of unsettling. My friends and I called to inquire about a foot massage/ head massage, and he said that each service required a 20$ tip… we still thought ok, let’s give it a shot and maybe he was more so requesting vs demanding the $20 tip. As we got there, he sat us down to explain it again and said each service requires a $20 tip.. we felt this was weird because we hadn’t even received a service yet. My friends and I go to head and massage spas often and have no problem with a $20 tip if we liked the service we received. Feeling bad, we were down to pay the tip he was asking for, then said a foot massage was on special with hot stones, but since there was hot stones added it would be an additional $15 so $80 all together. So not only is he charging for the add on in the “special”, he’s saying something complimentary has to be paid extra for. How does that make sense? To really put us over the edge, he had the audacity to ask us to pay before the service INCLUDING THE TIP (of the service we had not recieved yet). Why would we do that???? His answer was “I don’t know you and you don’t know me” why would I know you if I’m a new client at a massage spot? This place was so dumb and everything else was sold out due to it being family day. We should’ve known something was up when they were the only ones available FOR 4 PEOPLE, when everywhere nearby was sold out. Horrible.
